You are a member of the District Council if you are a District Officer on the District Executive Committee (DEC) or a Club President or a Club VP of Education.
It is your responsibility to attend and vote as a representative of your club.
You must register by Monday, Sept. 19 so your credentials can be verified before the meeting on Sept. 22.
