You have likely heard about the new District Website created last year. We are now using WordPress for our website and your club can too. Why should you consider this new option? Here’s 3 great reasons why a new WordPress website can help your club grow.

  1. Your club will look more professional and make the best first impression. At Lunch Bunch Club one of our newest members said, “I chose your meeting because when I searched online, you looked like the most active and professional club.” The templates for the website design are already created. All you have to do is choose your design and start filling in your club information. There is help from the creator of the new Toastmaster websites, David Carr.
  2. Make life easier for your members and keep them updated. Prospective members can sign up right on your website and pay dues. In fact, all of your members can pay their dues directly through the website. Once the members are added all they have to do is click on the Pay Dues tab and fill out the short form.
  3. It’s easy to keep records on every members’ achievements. Pathways evaluation forms are attached to each person’s speech information on the agenda. The evaluator can fill out the form online and it will automatically send to the speaker’s email.
