Last Chance TLI

Over the course of the last several months there have been many opportunities to learn, grow, and develop as a Toastmaster. One of the most important educational events is designed for club officers but anyone can attend these trainings for FREE. Now is your last chance to attend one FINAL Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI).

Do You Want to be a Leader – written on a notebook with a pen.

A club officer has a very important role within Toastmasters International. The success of a club and its members depend on how well you and your fellow club officers execute your responsibilities. By providing leadership and support, you can foster a positive environment that’s conducive to members’ personal and professional growth. Learn how to do that by attending the TLI.

The Last Winter Make-Up TLI will be scheduled in two 2 Hour Sessions. The first 2 Hour Session will be scheduled for Monday, January 10 at 6:00-8:00 PM. The second 2 Hour Session will be scheduled for Monday, January 17 at 6:00-8:00 PM. You must attend both sessions to receive credit.

Top reasons who you should mark the dates on your calendar:

  • As a Club Officer you can help your club earn one point in the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).
  • Get direct access to your District Leadership and the important information they have to share.
  • Share your own ideas or experiences with other Club Officers during the interactive club training.

What you learn here will not only help you become a more effective and successful Club Officer – but you will also become a more effective and successful Leader.  Properly trained Club Officers translate into a club’s ultimate success. Having all Club Officers trained correlates with a healthy club!

Thank you for continuing to Lead Where You Are!

I joined Toastmasters in February, 2016 because I wanted to learn how to feel comfortable speaking in public and talking about my new art business called ArtistEntrepreneurs.org. Since then I have given speeches to large and small groups, recorded webinars for online distribution and held workshops for artists who are interested in learning what I know about the "business of art." Toastmasters has helped me to become comfortable in any environment and to take on leadership positions with success. I had no idea how far Toastmasters would take me and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to learn and grow with the encouragment of fellow professionals. For the Toastmaster year of 2019-2020, I was awarded Toastmaster of the Year after taking on many leadership roles at the district level.
