  • The contestant will need their Club Number, Member Number, and District Number (62), date of Area Contest (02-26-2022), and, for the International Contest, the Speech Title
  • A single “Speech Contestant Profile”, TMI form #1189

Toastmasters International forms are available on the toastmasters.org website by searching for the form number (e.g., 1183).  Download the appropriate form, save it on your device. It is now an editable PDF that can be submitted to the Contest Chair.

The Candidate Showcase is from 6:00 – 6:45 pm (EDT, GMT -4). The District Council Meeting is from 6:45 – 9:00 pm (EDT, GMT -4).
 
This is a virtual meeting and no proxies will be allowed. Club Presidents and VP Education are eligible to vote, as well as the following DEC members (District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Public Relations Manager, Division Directors, and Area Directors).
 
During this meeting, we will vote on district realignment, receive district business reports, and elect our new District Director (DD), Program Quality Director (PQD), Club Growth Director (CGD), and our FOUR DIVISION DIRECTORS for the upcoming 2022-2023 Toastmaster year.
 
You must register no later than 11:59 pm on April 25, 2022, to verify eligibility. In order to vote, the club represented during the meeting must be in good standing (minimum of 8 paid members).
