Through the Club Growth Director’s guidance and leadership, the Marketing Team analyzes the need, opportunity, and potential for new clubs in the District and helps prepare an effective marketing plan, including club building and retention programs. 

Members of the marketing committee help in various roles including but not limited to, strategic planning, content creation and the effective delivery of that content utilizing a variety of delivery channels.  

Everyone is encouraged to be a part of the marketing committee. Members should enjoy the opportunity to get social and inspire others to benefit from being a Toastmaster!

There are 2 separate Registrations, 1 for the Candidate Showcase and 1 for the District Council Meeting.

The Candidate Showcase is from 6:00 – 6:55 pm (EDT, GMT -4) before the Council Meeting. Presentations will be held by all the District leader candidates. Please attend to hear from the candidates so you are prepared to vote.

The District Council Meeting is from 7:00 – 9:00 pm (EDT, GMT -4). This is a virtual meeting and no proxies will be allowed. Club Presidents and VP Education are eligible to vote, as well as the following DEC members: District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Public Relations Manager, Division Directors, and Area Directors. 

During this meeting, we will vote on district realignment, receive district business reports, and elect our new District Director (DD), Program Quality Director (PQD), Club Growth Director (CGD), and our FOUR DIVISION DIRECTORS for the upcoming 2023-2024 Toastmaster year. 

You must register no later than 11:59 pm on April 24, 2023, to verify eligibility. In order to vote, the club represented during the meeting must be in good standing (minimum of 8 paid members). Please register even if you aren’t sure you can attend.
