Attendance by Club Officers is required for both sessions to receive credit for your club. The success of your clubs depends on you being trained to fulfill your role.
At this Club Officer Training, you will:
- Learn from the club officer training sessions
- Gain the confidence and skills to lead your club to success this year
Main Sessions Presentations will include:
- Building a Championship Club
- Building for Continued Success
- Speech Contest Overview
- Officers Breakout Sessions
We are using Zoom for this training. The training will be from 7:00 – 9:00 PM EDT (GMT -4). The meeting room will open at 6:30 PM for Sign-in and to allow everyone to get set up.
NOTE: You only have to register once for both days. When you register you will not receive the link for the meeting at that time. Table Topics Extravaganza!
Southwest Advanced Toastmasters is hosting a Table Topics Extravaganza just in time to prepare you for our upcoming contest season!
Join us to hear from Matthew French from the Cherry Capital Club about his tips and tricks for his success in Table Topics contests. After hearing from Matthew, five lucky people will have an opportunity to practice and get evaluations on the spot in order to learn how to improve their table topics contest skills. Evaluations will be based on contest criteria not speech criteria.
