Attention! The Annual District 62 Council Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 28. Please plan on attending to meet the candidates and understand the business you will be voting on.

Here is the REGISTRATION for these events. You must register by April 24 to attend and have your votes counted.

All Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education of every eligible club and the District Executive Committee are eligible to vote at the Annual Business Meeting on 4/28/2022. To become acquainted with the candidates, the District will hold a Candidates Showcase that same day.

You MUST register to attend. One link gives you access to both the Candidate Showcase and the Annual Business Meeting.
In order to conduct the District's business, we must have a quorum. Quorum will be determined by the number of registrants as of 11:59 PM on 4/24/2022, So you MUST register by that day and time to be able to vote.

Proxies are not permitted when the voting process is conducted virtually. Each District Council member must cast their own vote.

April 29-30 Conference
The District 62 Conference on April 29-30 has separate registrations. The conference includes the district-level Evaluation and International Speech Contests, two famous Keynote speakers, six educational breakout sessions, distinguished club recognition, professional entertainment and more.
